Terms of Service

AudioBook Engine's terms of service are being finalised and are not published yet. This page is a placeholder — there is no agreement text here to agree to, and nothing on this page is a contract.

Two things we will not make you wait for the written terms to find out, because they are already true of the product:

• Your manuscript stays yours. Uploading it grants us only what we need to narrate it for you. We do not publish it, we do not sell it, and we do not train models on it.
• The finished audiobook files are yours to sell. There is no exclusivity and no distribution lock-in — the files are delivered to you, and where you list them is your decision.

If you need our current terms before they are published — for a procurement review, or because you are evaluating the service for a business — email us and we will send you what we have: ceo@theappmakerpro.com.
